Dear All, Just felt we needed to say a massive thank you for sorting out Maisie... You couldn't have done more together with your team of nurses and reception staff. It is reassuring to know we have such a fantastic practice on our doorstep - the care is second to none and the consideration shown to clients much appreciated, ( especially those nuisance ones who keep coming back!) . Alice's recovery has been phenomenal since I collected her on Sunday and to be honest, you cannot really tell that there had ever been anything wrong with her at all. I want to thank the entire team for their swift actions and dedicated care for Alice, which I do believe is testament in how quickly she recovered and that hopefully we have minimised any long rem damage also. so thank you from the depths of my heart for the care and support that you provided both Alice (and I ) last week. I would like to thank everyone at Moulton Park surgery for their very professional care that was given to Kira, who has just completed treatment for cruciate problems. Treatment was second to none from start to finish, and I will make sure if ever it becomes necessary to be referred from my general vet then it will be to Abington Park Vets. We cannot stress enough how grateful we are to you for what you have done for Louis. Louis was in a terrible state when we took him to the emergency vet, in fact we were told that we may lose him and were preparing ourselves for the worst and then he came over to you. You operated on him and gave him the very best of care, even the receptionists put up with me ringing twice a day to see how he was,for a week!! You have all been so helpful, helping us with our insurance claims and giving us any advice that we have asked for in regards to Louis care at home. 
Louis was discharged on 6/6/11 and is now very eager to join Boots in the great outdoors once again; in fact he has been driving us bonkers to say the least for about 3 weeks...
Thank you once again for looking after our baby so well, it is so much appreciated.

In September last year you operated on our dog, Skye. She had damaged the tendon of her left hind leg.   I am very happy to inform you that the operation and recovery has gone extremely well.  Skye coped very well with restricted exercise and we have only recently allowed her to go off lead.  She seems back to her normal self.  Thank you and your team so much for your professionalism and help at a most difficult time.  We cannot praise you and your practice highly enough.  Best wishes and Happy New Year.  C.J.

Thank you so much from brining your finely tuned skills to the benefit of Rowley. We were close to despair when early progress following hi spinal surgery was followed by complete relapse and we really appreciated your wise counsel and encouragement during this very difficult period that followed.  Since we last saw you he has undoubtedly benefited from hydrotherapy.  He has had 3 sessions and now he seems to relish them.  We fervently hope that he is on the way to complete recovery.   Your own attention to Rowley’s needs has, of course, been fulcral but we could not miss the opportunity to express are gratitude for the support of your whole team.  Your colleague’s kind and considerate reports each morning and evening on Rowley’s convalescence at the Holcot Centre calmed and comforted us and we have written to Anna separately to thank her for her meticulous attention to his needs. Just want to say a sincere thank you for the care and consideration shown to ourselves and our Labrador Maisie over the past year. We are particularly indebted to Jamie and the nursing team for bringing her through her very ‘dark’ chocolate moment following the incident with the Thorntons After dinner mints!  It was an anxious few days, but we knew she was being cared for by an excellent team who were kind enough to update us regularly on her progress. Thanks also to Hans who continued her aftercare and dealt very thoroughly with her leg infection.  As a regular visitor to your practice because of her skin allergy, Maisie has met many nurses who always present with a friendly, caring and totally professional manner. They demonstrate total commitment to the animals as well as their owners.   Finally thank you to the ladies at reception.  They are a fantastic advertisement for the practice -  friendly, patient, reassuring and always prepared to go that extra mile. Thank you all, we are lucky to have you .
