Hospitalised Patients
If your pet has to be hospitalised for investigation or treatment they will be cared for by our nursing team who work together to provide 24-hour care throughout the year. Together with veterinary surgeon back up where appropriate, our aim always is to ensure the very best of veterinary attention through a combination of both a caring and professional approach.
All our wards are centrally heated and subdivided in order to accommodate dogs and cats (including other smaller pets) separately.
We have incubators and other equipment, such as Bair Huggers, to provide additional warmth where necessary for critical patients and oxygen therapy if required. Fluid pumps and syringe drivers are used to accurately deliver fluid therapy and intravenous medications.
We also have isolation facilities for potentially infectious patients if required.
