Home Visits
A Veterinary Surgeon will be happy to visit your pet in your home if this is required, although he/she will not have access to all the aids available in the surgery. Please note: an additional charge is made for home visits.

Payment
There is no NHS for pets and veterinary practices rely on their fees to fund themselves. We ask that all fees are paid at the time of treatment as this helps to keep the overall fee level down.

Where finance is a problem, clients are requested to discuss this with the veterinary surgeon before treatment commences.

Direct Claims are only considered when cost of treatment is above £250 per condition.
